在使用 Cantonese Remix HK Limited（「Cantonese Remix」、「本公司」、「我們」）之網站 www.cantonremix.com（「本網站」）前，請先仔細閱讀本使用條款。
當閣下使用本網站，即表示閣下同意受本使用條款約束。
若閣下不同意受本使用條款約束，則本公司不授予閣下使用本網站之權利，閣下必須立即停止使用本網站。
本公司可於任何時間修訂本使用條款而無須事先通知。閣下於修訂後仍繼續使用本網站，即表示閣下同意受修訂後的條款所約束。
門票銷售條款及細則
本網站所發售之門票均由 Cantonese Remix HK Limited 代活動主辦單位、表演者、場地方或主辦機構（「賣方」）發售。本公司僅為其代理人，所有與活動本身有關之責任及索償均由賣方獨自承擔。
門票購買須受以下條款約束：
1. 退款及換票
- 除非活動取消，或依照香港適用法例之規定，否則 門票恕不退款；是否退款由賣方全權決定。
- 所有服務費、手續費及附加費用 概不退還。
- 本公司及賣方保留就補發或更換門票收取費用之權利，並視乎門票供應情況及賣方政策而定。
2. 活動更改
賣方保留以下權利：
- 增加、更換或取消演出者
- 調整節目內容
- 更改票價
- 更改座位安排
- 更改觀眾容量或場地配置
除非法例要求，否則本公司或賣方毋須就上述更改提供賠償。
3. 進場條款
進場須遵守：
- 賣方之入場守則，以及
- 場地之入場政策
如有需要，閣下可向本公司查詢上述條款的副本。
遲到者可能被拒入場，須待節目適當時間方可進場。
賣方或場地方有權拒絕任何違反規則之人士進場。
4. 攝錄器材
除非獲賣方或場地方另行許可，場內可能禁止使用：
- 相機
- 攝影器材
- 錄音／錄影設備
根據香港法例（自 2001 年 4 月 1 日起生效），未經授權攜帶錄影器材進入電影院、劇院、音樂廳等公眾娛樂場所屬違法行為。違例者可被判處：
- 最高罰款 50,000 港元
- 3 個月監禁
場地方有權拒絕持有相關器材者進場。
5. 優惠門票
持優惠票、學生票、長者票或其他折扣門票者，必須在進場時出示有效證明文件，例如：
- 年齡證明
- 學生證
- 會員證
未能提供者，場地方或賣方有權拒絕入場而不作退款。
6. 門票有效性
如有以下情況，閣下將被拒絕入場：
- 門票受損、污損、塗改
- 非由 Cantonese Remix 或授權代理購買
- 門票被懷疑為偽造或非法來源
本公司不會對經非授權渠道購買之門票承擔任何責任。

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CANTONESE REMIX HK LIMITED ("CANTONESE REMIX", "WE", "US", "OUR") DOES NOT GRANT YOU THE RIGHT TO USE THIS SITE, AND YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.
Cantonese Remix HK Limited may update or amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Tickets available on this Site are sold by Cantonese Remix HK Limited, acting as an agent on behalf of the event organiser, promoter, or venue operator (the "Seller"). All claims regarding the event itself are the sole responsibility of the Seller.
Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refunds & Exchanges
- No refunds will be made except where the event is cancelled, or as required under applicable Hong Kong laws, and always subject to the Seller's discretion.
- Service charges, handling fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Cantonese Remix and the Seller reserve the right to charge a fee for ticket replacement or exchanges, subject to availability and the Seller's policy.
2. Event Changes
The Seller reserves the right to:
- Add, withdraw, or substitute artists
- Vary advertised programmes
- Change prices
- Adjust seating arrangements
- Modify venue capacity or audience configuration
No compensation is guaranteed for such changes unless required by law.
3. Admission Rights
Admission to the event venue is subject to both:
- The Seller's admission rules, and
- The venue's admission policies
Copies are available upon request.
Latecomers may be refused entry until an appropriate break in the performance.
The venue or Seller may deny entry to any person who does not comply with the rules.
4. Recording Devices
Cameras, audio recorders, and video recorders may be prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Seller or venue.
Under Hong Kong law (effective 1 April 2001), it is an offence to bring video recording equipment into cinemas, theatres, and concert halls without authorization. Offenders may face:
- A fine up to HK$50,000
- Up to 3 months' imprisonment
Management may refuse entry to anyone possessing such equipment.
5. Concession Tickets
Holders of concession or discounted tickets must present valid proof of eligibility (e.g., age, student ID, membership card). Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.
6. Ticket Validity
Entry may be refused if:
- A ticket is damaged, defaced, lost, or altered
- A ticket is not purchased directly from Cantonese Remix or an authorised agent
- A ticket appears fraudulent or suspicious
Cantonese Remix is not responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorised sellers.
